Broadway NY
Walking along Broadway,NYC at Midnight, I see this image on an empty retail unit, Retail Space Available!!! Now, I think why would "Such an image"be used for such a space rental opportunity!!! interesting I found. Shame there is no Garter! but may be on the next bill board!!!
